Outhouse conversion

Needed an extra bedroom for their growing family. Project managed to arrange all paperwork for building regulations and all other trades.

They now have a unique bedroom including created storage in the roof void.

"We used RYJ Damp for our outhouse converting, in to a fourth bedroom. Everything that was said was done and to the quote to the time frame and the high standard of work.

Rob kept us up to date daily on what was to be done and organised subcontractors as well as building regs without us having any of the stress.

We were more than happy with the work done and how clean Rob left our home after finishing the project.

We needed to have woodworm treatment and the damp looked at in the kitchen. He came and gave a quote that was significantly cheaper than another company. Turned up on time, did the job without fuss.
